Great place!

We loved this property. It was perfect for our family and two dogs. From here you are walking distance to the beach, an inground pool, and the Shipyard is a perfect centralized location on the island in general. 10/10 would stay again

Great getaway!

This property was great! Location was perfect. Around a 5 min easy walk to the beach. One small hiccup that was addressed and remedied extremely quickly by the Vacation Company. No complaints from us! Would stay again!!!!

Our favorite vacation stay !

We have been staying each October at 114 Beachwalk for the last several years. We have gotten to where we now make the next year's reservation a year ahead. This condo is clean, convenient, lovely and just all around perfect. We so appreciate the added items such as the "starter supplies" and our pets really appreciate their "treat bag" ! The new renovations were so nice and appreciated and we are already looking forward to our visit next year.

Clean, Comfortable and Great Location!

The Shipyard never disappoints! Great location and short walk to beach. Clean, comfortable and mostly updated. Kitchen could use just a few basic condiments but we had all the equipment and utensils to eat in when we wanted to. Close walk to pool. Loved that the porch had a gate so we could enjoy that when we wanted and not worry about our dog going down the steps. Check in and out was a breeze. Would recommend staying here!

Excellent location

The proximity to the beach was perfect and made our stay. Property was comfortable but it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. We had to vacuum as soon as we arrived due to dog hairs on the rugs. Also the decor didn’t appeal to our minimalist tastes!!

A great deck, friendly locals and short walk to the beach

We enjoyed our stay, everything went smoothly and we had a great anniversary trip with our dog Baxter! The only thing I saw was some of the tiles in the entryway have aged and are cracking when you walk on them. Thanks again!

114 Beachwalk is the best !

We have stayed at 114 Beachwalk yearly, for the last few years, usually in October. It is by far our first preference at Hilton Head. The new gate added to the deck was a great addition. The extra touches in the kitchen, bath, and for our 4 legged children are the best ! Everything was so clean and so convenient. We have already reserved it for next October, so that speaks for itself in what a wonderful stay it is!

Excellent condo

We are a family with a dog. This location was well furnished, close to the beach, and dog friendly. The pull out bed in living room is very comfortable. Please remember, the tv in the living room has some awesome free movie channels…it was like 1202-1206 or close to that. I almost stayed inside watching tv. Check in and out easy. A cute little doggie care package was waiting upon arrival. Highly recommend this place. Community pool awesome.

Great low maintenance space

Top unit in a multi unit property. Fenced deck for dogs. Very clean. Very responsive management. Lovely welcome bags w/basic amenities were a great help. Easy walk to beach, but bikes were best. Pull out couch works and could accommodate 2. We definitely would stay again.

Short Stay

2nd floor unit with nice deck, table and chairs. Place was clean, but needs updated. We're both 70 years old, so dealing with steps was kind of tough, but that's our mistake. Retired couple below (they own their unit), very nice. Convenient to beach. We rented a cart...well worth it. Great restaurants nearby. Hilton Head is the best beach in our opinion in North or South Carolina.

great location and stay but be prepared

Great spot for a couple. Set up inside the condo was relaxing and spacious. A few things just to note though... Its almost the closest you can be to the beach in this community however it is not a 3 minute walk. Its about 8 min from leaving the unit to your toes in the sand. They give you a credit for rentals... USE IT (but know you will still have to pay around $25 delivery & fees). But you're going to want a beach cart or bikes at the very least to go back and forth. The closest pool was not clean while we were there. Hosts were communicative about what you need to bring. When they say bring spices etc, they mean it... they do not even have salt. They will give you one paper towel roll and 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 trash bag..... we paid for a week stay and had to stock the house of basic essentials. Overall, it was a great stay. Great spot to be with a dog.

Spacious, Dog Friendly, Close to the Beach!

Overall we loved it! Pros: very close to the beach and cute boardwalk area with seating, firepits, games, restrooms, and a nature pond (takes a couple minutes on bike, maybe five minutes walking to get there ), spacious condo perfect for a couple or small family/friends, dog friendly(loved the dog welcome gift basket!!), quiet pool area, resort is close to lots of activities and restaurants, clear instructions on checkin and check out, beach gear credit was amazing so use it (we got bikes, a bike cart, and a beach umbrella!), walkable beach resort, condo had a cute beachy vibe with the decor, beach towels provided, amazing large porch, neighbors and other renters were quiet and friendly, convenient outdoor shower Cons: uncomfortable bed (unless you like very firm mattresses)- definitely could upgrade from the old coil mattress in the bedroom, could upgrade the washing machine (there was a weird gassy/musty smell), the noise factor - maybe we just had an off week but there was constant construction and landscaping from 8-4ish Monday-Friday. We reached out to the rental company and they were apologetic and said they would find out what’s going on and get back to us but they never did. Unfortunately this made relaxing, sitting on the porch, and sleeping in difficult if not impossible, uneven and steep steps (just make sure you have full mobility and are careful walking up and down the stairs). Overall we loved the condo and area and will definitely be back! Thank you!
