You'll find a Harbour Town Pool Pass in your villa to access the Harbour Town Pool located just around the corner from Caravel Court!

1035 Caravel Court is a spacious one-bedroom, 3rd-floor villa with views of the world-famous Harbour Town Yacht Basin & Lighthouse. There is an elevator in the building. Sip sweet tea or enjoy cocktails on the balcony while watching the boats come and go. There is a shared laundry room just across the hall from this villa. Take advantage of restaurants, shops, golf, tennis & water activities, all just a short walk from your vacation "home away from home." The fully-equipped, updated kitchen with granite counters is perfect for preparing snacks for the beach or enjoying a delightful meal in the dining area or outside on the balcony. Very clean! Perfect location, quiet, convenient, easy access. Very well equipped, lots of nice touches from host. No cable TV, only streaming, but that seems to be the norm these days. Very comfortable sofa and love seat (not common). Overall, a great rental

Great View in Harbour Town

We had a great week of Sunsets and Sunrises from this property. Awesome location for relaxing. Great shops and Restaurants walking distance. We found our new favorite Bakery for breakfast right next door, Harbour Town Bakery and Cafe, it's a must stop!

Location was awesome, as we have been to Harbor Town many times we appreciated the short walk to the shops and restaurants.One thing we might suggest is it would be nice to have a few coffee pods and creamer available upon arrival for the first morning. Thought you should know that the bathroom door does not close!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. We have been to SeaPines several times and this was the best location we have experienced overlooking the harbor and shops/restaurants. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Host to Coast was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this unit highly!

Never gets old looking out at Calibogue Sound! The view of the Lighthouse and the newly renovated Quarterdeck is a Bonus!! The villa is beautiful and fully equipped for your stay! Will definitely return!!

Best Harbortown View!

Lovely property. Well stocked with everything needed from utensils, pots and pans, kitchen supplies, bath towels and even beach towels. Very comfortable living room furniture. We would definitely return , and have recommended this condo to several friends.

I so enjoyed staying on the harbour. Walked to bakery & cafe for breakfast/lunch and to CQ’s & Quarter Deck for dinner. Rented bike to explore all of Sea Pines. Walked to golf, tennis, shops & pickleball. Ideal!

What a View!

Obviously a great location with fantastic view. We spent lots of time on the balcony. Facility decor is somewhat dated and could use a refresh. Sliding door to balcony does not lock but not a concern. Bed and linens could be refreshed..Building public areas in great shape.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay and unplug from the world over Thanksgiving. I had everything needed for a nice stay. The only awful thing was the bed- I woke up with awful back pain the first 2 days until realizing that there was a foam topper on the mattress- I promptly took that off and had a great firm mattress for the next 2 nights. I only wish I had noticed that the first night so that’s the only reason it wasn’t 5 stars for me.

bathroom needs work, new shower head and bath faucet floor between sink and wall dirty. microwave rusted out and very slow some lamp bulbs burned out in living room T.V. remotes were impossible
