Furniture was dated with signs of wear and tear(chips, repairs to walls). Exposed wires above closet. Mattress and bedding needs upgrading. Lobby was very nice and location excellent, walkable.

The Desoto Savannah
Went there for pool and pull was closed. The pool area was not nice. Paid for balcony room and couldn't go on balcony. No chairs etc. Some of the staff was excellent others were not friendly at all.

Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island
We have stayed here before. Some changes made took away from the charm. The lobby used to have drop down lights now empty space. Not as warm and inviting. The carpet in the room is now laminated flooring. Again cold and industrial. There used to be night lights under the bedside table but no ...
