"Pool closed for repair entire property under construction. Had to pay to park either valet or self park. If you leave and return to your paid parking you have to tell staff or you will be charged additionally each time. First time ever paying for hotel parking. Will never stay here again"

"They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything."

"Phenomenal houseboat! Very well maintained, super clean, comfortable and peaceful. Beautiful views of the Tennessee River. The owners were awesome and the marina crew were spot on. Great area of Knoxville as well. So thankful for available bikes and water sport stuff too (paddle boards, kayak, etc). ..."
