"The room was clean and was fairly recently remodeled. The staff was helpful and answered questions. Breakfast was good, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, juice, milk, boiled eggs and others. Parking was good, able to park with car in view of room."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this little mountain getaway near the Blue Ridge Parkway. It was quiet, cozy, and tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, but still close to everything we wanted to explore around Hillsville. It ended up being the perfect spot for celebrating my wife’s birthday.Traveling with a 2‑year‑old can be hit or miss, but this place made it easy. We spent our days spotting animals, checking out nearby parks, splashing in the river, and just wandering around with no real plan—exactly the kind of slow, simple fun we were hoping for. Every drive felt scenic, every stop felt close by, and coming back to such a comfortable place at the end of the day made it even better.It’s the kind of stay that leaves you feeling refreshed and already thinking about when you can return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet mountain escape with plenty to do nearby."
