S&K Getaway with heated pool & sauna

Beautiful location on a quiet road. Enjoy Granite countertops in bath and eat-in kitchen. Tiled kitchen floor with dishwasher, coffeemaker, oven, refrigerator, kitchen table and chairs. 6 person movie theatre chairs with lights, cup holders, trays and charging access. Large flat screen tv with,Amazon Prime etc. Large windows for wnderful light and views of surroundings. Personal air conditioning and heating controls. Shared code to garage side door access, private entrance from garage to stairwell and 1/2 bath leading to apartment. Closet with iron and ironing board, card table, sweeper, fire extinguisher, fire ladder.
Large studio apartment (approx 850 sq ft) with its own thermostat, eat-in kitchen (13.5 ft wide x 18.8 ft long), refrigerator , dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, air fryer ,large electric griddle.*Walmart Supercenter is less than 3 miles to stock up on your favorite food and drinks.
One full bath with shower and one half bath.
Six theatre chairs with large flat screen tv. (17.5 ft long x 13.5 ft wide. )
Bedroom nook (24 ft wide x 14.8 ft long) with one queen bed and twin bunk beds: 175 lb weight limit for each bunk bed). Closet and a mirrored stand to hang clothes/coats etc. Dresser for clothes storage. Blackout curtains for privacy on windows and for sleep.
New heated pool with controllable changing lights, outdoor music, new poolhouse with small refrigerator and access to patio, sauna and full bath all in the middle of farm fields and beautiful starry night skies.

**The pool is open and heated May-mid October.**
The pool closes at 11:00 pm. Diving board weight limit is 250lbs.
Heated pool with lights, poolhouse, sauna with full bath during seasonal months. Ping pong table, cornhole, basketball hoop, playhouse with slide and swings.

A sauna with full bath can be enjoyed by guests year-round. It is located on the side porch which is attached to the main house and off the pool deck but has its own private entrance, door code and complete privacy.

***If booked guests invite family/ friends to visit, there must be approval first by owners of property. Non-booked guests are to leave the property by 10:00 pm. There is a $25/person additional fee/ day (up to 3 people ) for use of the pool for non booked guests.
This fee must be paid before arrival of booked guests and is non-refundable.
