"The most horrendous hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life! The room wasn’t serviced and the hotel management said if I didn’t like it I could just leave - So I did! Fair warning for this place!"

We are still waiting for our refund from our other hotel that was charged the same night, but this hotel was at least safe to land at midnight. "I am not certain how this establishment actually is. Upon arrival we learned our reservation was canceled. They stated they tried to get a hold of us but they never called us. So at 10 p.m. we had no where to go. The lady in the front was so nice and she too was upset by this situation. Said it had happened frequently with their hotel. Ps- the lobby looks NOTHING like it does in pictures. Which leaves you thinking you made a good choice when you didnt."

"I got in around 4pm after driving for about 8 hrs from Denver, they cancelled my room, apparently they called me confirm but didn’t leave a message on Thursday, I was at work so didn’t see the call coming in, it was an unknown number to me so disregarded it. They were fully booked but they had one accessible room available for $50 more which I took because I was tired and I anted to rest. The receptionist was answering calls and trying to help me, apparently she was alone. I will not book this property again."

"Large stains on curtains, dirty bathroom floor and tub, a/c didn't work, bad smells in our room and throughout the hotel, pool closed for maintenance the three days we were there. The first night we stayed we called hotels.com to ask if we could cancel our third night since it was outside of the 24 hour window. The hotel said it was against policy to let anyone shorten their stay once they had checked in so we were stuck with these conditions. I am not one to leave a negative review but I was really upset with these conditions considering the 8/10 rating so I just wanted to make sure I shared more accurate information."

"The pool was really cold but otherwise our daughter enjoyed it. The staff was excellent, all very nice and helpful. The room and everything was clean however, we did see 3 cockroaches and the entire hotel was EXTREMELY outdated. "
