"No lift last room on the 4 ft floor with suitcase impossible and I’m in shape. So if not in shape do not take a room there"

"We love our stay there . The staff Haegian and the other staff too are Very nice and accommodating . We have a room that overlooks the city .The room is very clean and smells very nice. The location is ideal for us,able to walk to the city center . Will definitely choose Radisson again if we visit another city"

"Easy to find and great staff. Room with a harbour view was lovely and had alp amenities you would expect. Also a paid minibar/snacks in the room The bedding/pillows aren't great and had major difficulty sleeping because of it, along with the thermostat not being great. Room became very warm on my secind night despite thermostat saying no heating if outside temp is above 12 degrees. Wouldn't stop me from staying again though "
