"The loft on Hamilton Lake was in a great location and within 20 minute to downtown Hot Springs, hiking, and great restaurants. The rental was clean and stocked with all the essentials needed to make your trip carefree. The lake was low..which we knew, but we are definitely considering returning for the summer to do activities that closed down for the winter and take advantage of the beautiful lake in the back yard. While this wasn’t an issue for us I wanted to mention that the spiral staircase to get from the kitchen to tv area is very narrow and slippery. There is outside access, but I wanted to mention for those that may have issues with mobility or stairs. Donna, the host, was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Overall, I would highly recommend!"

Staff very helpful and friendly if you have any questions about the property. The balcony lakeside view of Lake Hamilton is breath taking at sunrise and sunset. The location is perfect and quiet. We have always enjoyed our stay here and will be returning. "

"This house was amazing! Beautiful views, incredibly clean, quick response time from owner. We were able to bring decorations for Christmas and make it like home. The fire pit was a huge bonus! S'mores on Christmas Eve is the way to go! Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Every cooking utensil you could need. Be careful coming down the driveway in the dark. It's very steep and very hard to see."

"I took a birthday weekend trip to The Rock House with just my two teenagers. There was room for a huge group but we enjoyed it so much just the three of us. The hosts were excellent and so thoughtful. They responded right away every time I reached out and I helped me problem solve any questions I had. My son was excited about playing basketball but when we got there the ball was deflated. I messaged to see if there was another one anywhere and they dropped off a new one that morning which was just incredible! I was also a little nervous about the pool and lake because my son has Down syndrome and loves to swim and be in the water — even though he’s older and great at following directions I was still slightly concerned he might decide to go swim by himself. He never attempted to do that, but regardless my mind was immediately put at ease upon arrival because every door had secure child locks high up that would not have been easy for him to figure out. So if you are traveling with young children or those with special needs, you will feel very safe about being on the water. The house was beautiful, the hosts were spectacular and the property has everything you could need. We bought some aluminum foil and should have also purchased some plastic bags but other than that there is a full kitchen and every spice you need if you like to cook. You can tell they really care about their guests. We would love to stay here again. 10/10 recommend! "
