"It’s a new property. So everything was new and fresh. Hope they maintain the same for every guest as they age. Small and well established property. Gated property with all round security. Parking is congested when there are more vehicles. Staff are attentive, polite and courteous. The kitchen staff are kind and caring. Complementary breakfast was well set and all food items were very tasty. Good menu. Dining area was clean and well maintain once every guest leaves. Other food service on order were also delicious. Just few rooms have view of small tea garden, but it the property is not located with great view of Munnar hills. Pool area and campfire area was good. Small kids play area. Overall it’s was price worthy, small, quiet and peaceful stay experience. They have to work on increasing their food menu with other options than a routine ones along with some local cuisines. Also some beverage and snacks option in the mini fridge should be updated. Also providing a plug point or small wall box for charging the EV can invite more customers who wish to travel in their EVs"

"We stayed in a cottage it was spacious and we had a balcony. Forest view birds chirping in the morning and the sun streaming in perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and lots of choices. Activities throughout the day. Infinity pool spectacular views of the mountains. The property has a spice garden and tea garden you walk through. They have a bonfire each night with dancing it was fun. I will be coming to this resort again and highly recommend it."

"The staff here is truly excellent. They are kind, efficient, and easy to communicate with. This includes the front desk, the restaurant staff, house keeping, the spa, everyone! The room is spacious, clean, and well designed. The food is tasty and the buffet options are plentiful if you want a quick meal. My only issue is that the internet is a bit spotty, but they sent a technician in promptly to address the issue and I was able to stream shows on my laptop. The pool is also great. The spa staff are professional and excellent, and the treatment rooms are clean and well designed. What truly impressed me was that I decided to check out early, and the staff phoned expedia on my behalf to make sure that I would get a refund for the night I didn't use. I would have no hesitation recommending the Panoramic Getaway to anyone looking to stay in the Munnar area. "
