Summer activities include outdoor pool, a nine-hole golf course, tennis court, mountain biking on both natural and paved trails, hiking trails, and Boating and fishing are available on Hill Lake. Stroll along the water's edge, go berry picking, or view the many different species of birds in the area. This area is a vacationer's dream. This lovely resort is a place where families return again and again. Guests will experience the unmistakable peace and solitude of "Minnesota's North Woods", as well as numerous attractions nearby. We had a lovely time. It was green and simple. We loved the golf course - affordable and fun! Wish there was easier access to the pool and nice beach and rentals.

Great Family Accommodations

We were there for a family memorial in Grand Rapids which was a ways from where we spent our days, but the facilities fit our needs and the manager was very thoughtful in making sure stay was fun. We flew in from out of state and being in a functional home-like facility with appliances and supplies made trip less stressful. And, the snacks was nice. thank you, Peggy

Close to Grand Rapids

Had a wonderful stay. It was close to family and not too far into Grand Rapids. We wish parking was better, only room for one car in front of condo, and had to walk a block to the parking lot. Not ideal for families with young children.

Fall Wheelin Weekend

We stayed here for its proximity to the trail system. Property was very clean upon arrival! The pictures are exactly what you’ll see when you open the door. They have games for family/adult fun which which led to a lot of laughs for us in the evening. Doyle was very responsive and a great host. I had the opportunity to meet him in person prior to checkout, and had great conversation. We will return for our annual trip next year.

Hill City Wedding

Check in was simple, code worked perfect. Beds slept well. Our 4-yr-old grandson loved the loft and wanted to spend lots of time there! The little goodie basket were an awesome touch. Parking was a bit tight, because of all the ATV's, but we figured it out and all was well. Thanks again for a great stay. Nancy

She’s a beaut!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa! There was a dock space for the boat which made being in the water a breeze! The Villa is fully furnished resembling all the comforts of home. Bring some storage bags for leftovers if your cooking to keep larger bowls and containers free for cooking. Doyle was on the spot with answering any questions we had. The pool is a welcomed break from the work of the boat, the kids loved it. The walk from the Villa to the dock can be a little much if you have mobility issues, but the sunset is worth the walk! We have stayed at Quadna multiple times in the past. I would highly recommend staying at Doyle’s place. Get to the treats they leave out before the kids do!!!
