"We got there just as everything was opening. The lodge is clean , comfortable and helpful in showing us where the outside camp kitchen was in order to grill steaks. Sleeping was a little challenging as a bus full of teenagers pulled up and basically ran up and down the halls and stairs all night. Kids will be kids. I was just wondering where are the adults. It was kinda rude and inconsiderate"

"We visited the first week in May 2026. The first room they gave us, on the ground floor, had a window with a broken lock. The room also had poor lighting. They moved us to another room on the ground floor. The window locked but the door wouldn’t latch or lock reliably. The third room was fine. One of the staff said they just “took back the hotel” and were getting to know it. It definitely needs maintenance. The hot tub was in a separate building. We didn’t use it. The breakfast was limited to...

"Perfect for a quiet retreat from the world! Beautiful scenery, rustic, sturdy cabin with many creative touches throughout, and a very comfortable King bed.The host was very good at communicating, the property was easy to find, and it was definitely one of our favorites.Would absolutely recommend!!"
