  • This has 3 bedrooms 2Queen beds 1 Murhy bed and a sleeper couch, 2 full baths a steam shower all the amenities for a family getaway with friends. Coffee bar Full kitchen Cable TV 2 Balconies overlooking the Golf course. BBQ grill fireplace firepit w Lake access Quiet peaceful Up north getaway. Better than any motel within 200 miles 5 star ratings from all our guests. Sleeps 8 2 queen beds full size murphy bed and Sleeper couch
    Our Villa is located on Hill Lake w Lake access and our backyard off our two beautiful decks is hole #1 of the 9 hole Golf Course. We are also located on biking, hiking, ATV , snowmobile and ski trails, the resort has miles of Atv hiking biking walking cross-country skiing, snowmobile, and snowshoe trails. Summer activities include outdoor pool, a nine-hole golf course, ttennis court, biking on both natural and paved trails, hiking trails, Boating and fishing are available on Hill Lake. Use our fishing dock conplete with poles and tackle. Stroll along the water's edge, go berry picking, or view the many different species of birds in the area. This area is a vacationer's dream. This is a place where families return again and again. Guests will experience the unmistakable peace and solitude of "Minnesota's North Woods", as well as numerous attractions nearby. Visit Forest Historical Center, the Judy Garland Museum, Grand Rapids and Aitkin shopping, There is something to capture everyone's interest. There is a sister property available as well to Sleep larger gatherings. please ask for availability. it is just steps away.Just a few steps away there is a "SISTER" villa available so you can rent both and have room for large family

We spent a nice weekend here which gave us more space and way better value than a hotel. My kids enjoyed the comfy couch by the "fire" while we played games. Would love to hang out in the screened in porch overlooking the golf course in the summer.

Everything was perfect about our stay. The attention to detail from the owners from cereal, snacks, kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials along with forgetful items, just incase we forgot something was so nice.

Family getaway

My family has a cabin on the lake but sleeping is tight, so having a nice place to stay and spend time with our family is just what we needed. We played bags right on the golf course one day as well and played a couple rounds of golf.

Condo in Hill City

The condo was in a very convenient location for my group as we were out and about during the day. It had a fully furnished kitchen so we had no issues cooking. The only thing was that it advertises it sleeps 8 with 2 sofa beds. There was only 1 sectional that had an ottoman we pushed in to create a bed, we originally had 8 people and it would have been inconvenient for 2 people in our group. Overall Doyle was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

nice weekend getaway

Weekend getaway for whole family. Very clean. 2Br 2 Ba with Murphy bed and pullout wall. Couch was comfy. Owner had chips and candy in kitchen and a mint on your pillow. Screened in porch looking at Hole 1. Pool was a hike, best to drive. Beach at the lake is not swimmable. Very muddy and weedy. Kayaks on the beach, beach had a firepit. I couldn't find any way to email the owner directly, even though I received several emails, they all went back to the beginning of VRBO. Overall, a nice stay.

Wonderful Place!

Doyle was very communicative and so helpful during our stay! We enjoyed our stay so much! There is so much to do, and the cabin was perfect for our group size. We will definitely be coming back. Would highly recommend staying here!!
