I loved to view from our room. The room smelled fresh and pretty. Everything was impeccable. The amenities were fantastic. I love that there was a golf simulator in the Health Club. Staff were amazing and everyone was friendly. The location was great. I didn’t want to leave! Jose, the bellhop was very helpful and informative when he brought our luggage to our room. Housekeeping was amazing as well. We had a wonderful stay in Boston!

The staff are professional and welcoming. Our room was cleaned daily without having to ask. The cleaning was immaculate. The rooftop bar and pool was comfortable, clean, and fully staffed (we never had trouble finding somewhere to sit or getting service). The attached restaurant ended up being excellent so I’m glad we ate there one night. Great food and professional wait staff. There is a locked room (access with your room key card) in the lobby with free snacks and beverages like coffee, water, and soda. Free bottled water and coffee (Keurig) were replaced in our room daily. The location was ideal - we were touring colleges and exploring Back Bay / shopping. The hotel common areas are nice but the rooms could be updated. They are a little plain and showed some signs of age. But comfortable beds, sheets, towels, robes, good shower pressure, etc. and clean. I would probably stay here again because of the staff - good experience.
