"We booked this place while visiting with family in Haliburton for Easter weekend. It was about a 5-10 minute drive from Haliburton which was perfect. Very clean and modern interior, you can tell great pride is taken in keeping this cabin tidy! Will more than likely book again the next time we are visiting!"

"Great location Perfect spot for us as we spent our days here geocaching in the area. Everything is as advertised. Super comfy and cozy. Not a lot of restaurants in the area so we planned to eat in and the kitchen had everything we needed. Including a dishwasher - yay!! Clean and well equipped. Nice and quiet. FYI - be sure to bring your own paper products. No paper towels or tissues and 1 roll of TP for a 3 night stay. We would come back to this location. "

"It was our very first time to Algonquin. We enjoyed outdoor activities at the property on the first day, and stayed indoor for the last two days due to bad weather. We had lots of fun with Kayaking, canoeing, fishing, taking pictures, playing board games, playing Switch. The view of fall on the lake was fantastic. We even gave up visiting provincial parks nearby. It exactly like you enjoy painting pictures when you looked out the windows. The house warmed up quickly and evenly with floor heating...

"Our stay was great and would recommend for families. Keep in mind there are about 110 steps down to the water from the cabin…. Would never recommend for people who have any kind of mobility issue or are obese. You will hate your life. The cabin itself was somewhat tidy when we arrived but did have to do a fair amount of cleaning on our own. We let Rashid know and he was quick to apologize. "Wonderful cottage, reminded me of cottages my parents rented when I was a kid! Very clean, well equipped kitchen and really did have everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, love the sandy beach area and our grandson loved it also, spending a lot of time picking up snails and pinecones! Great Lake for canoeing, kayaking, swimming and fishing! Fairly quiet considering alot of homes on the lake! Good communication with our host and couldn’t have asked for a lovelier place to spend a week-a few...
