"There was a snow storm occurring and the staff was wonderful. The young lady that checked me in made sure the walkway was shoveled with ice melt applied and I was able to park close to the entrance. The next day the staff helped me get the snow off my car and helped with my bags. That's true customer service. The room was clean and warm and quiet and comfortable. I hope management knows what wonderful staff they have "

"They had us booked on the second floor but o. Our reservation we had asked for second floor due to not being able to use the stairs. They switched us with no problem to a very close room to the from of the hall way. The room was exceptionally clean and check-in was very easy. The gentlemen checking ua in was very nice. We will be back again. This was one of the better hotels and exceptionally well kept hotels I have been in for a while. I was very pleased with our stay! "

"Cabin was very cozy. Kids loved the loft space and hot tub. Water was hot and heat was abundant once we got it figured out. Host was very responsive with all questions during stay. New deck going on while we were there but hardly noticed any work being done. Beds were comfortable and all amenities as expected. "
