This is a no frills place. If you’re looking for a cheap night or two, especially close to Excel, this is ideal. Everything is functional. Cleanliness could do with a little ramp up for my taste, but it was disgusting or anything like that. Walls are thin so you can hear other guests coming and going. Mattress on the bed wasn’t the best quality but I did sleep well. I would consider staying again because of the price point. As long as your not expecting the Ritz for what your paying it does the job.

The property is beautifully designed inside and out, but the service overall was inconsistent and the room photos online did not match the room I was assigned - it was somewhat smaller and had a much smaller bathroom that was missing the bathtub altogether. They changed their menu to the spring offerings during my stay and I felt like I was their menu tester or something bc most items I ordered did not match the menu descriptions (a spinach reduction and thyme herb chicken instead of grilled chicken and basil reduction on a buratta salad, malted & cultured butter w bread instead of simple whipped butter as indicated). Mohammed at reception was very accommodating as were the two bartenders, but overall service was not up to par, even for a 4 star hotel.
