Check in was good and pleased with the room. What needs to improve is the breakfast and staff. Welcome staff hiding round the corner on phone. After asking did not tell us how breakfast worked. Staff were friendly and attentive. I requested a refill of the complimentary hand cream and within MINUTES someone was at my door with a bottle of the stuff. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower was easy to use and had excellent water pressure
