The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. However, the room let the experience down — the bed sheet was old and had iron burn marks, and the shower was dirty and electric kettle not well maintained. Overall, a mixed stay with great service and food, but improvements are needed in room cleanliness.

Nice hotel very central, good beds. Restaurant only average but some fabulous ethnic restaurants near by (Rumi a MUST try). Parking at a city car park 5 minutes away and at a good daily rate.

The only downside was navigating through two sets of doorways and two short flights of stairs to get to the elevator! Definitely not convenient when lugging heavy bags. The rooms are super and I loved the vibe-just be aware of stairs.
