"We had a great stay at this cottage. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the lake and close to everything we needed. The cottage was very clean, well-maintained, and nicely updated while still feeling cozy and comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was the ample parking. We had trucks with trailers and had no issues with space, which can be hard to find at many cottage rentals. The owner was fantastic to deal with, providing excellent communication before and during our stay and making the whole process easy and stress-free.Overall, a great place to stay, and we would definitely book again."

Family Get together

We actually rented 3 of the cabins - it was perfect for a quick little family get together . A short walk to the beach , we also rented a pontoon boat for a day and cruised around the lake . Made good use of the BbQ & firepit .

Family Fun

This was our 4th year and hope for many more. Super clean and had everything you might need to feel like a home away from home. Jeremy is always a pleasure to work with, super nice as well! I would recommend these cabins to family and friends!

The place was adorable, had a lot of essentials in the kitchen. Everything was very updated and clean. The only thing is the grill wasn’t working. I would recommend and stay again!

Loved our stay, clean, very nice interior cozy and comfortable. Could have used a few more blankets. Water had sulfur smell but wouldn’t deter us from returning.

Annual Family Higgins Lake Trip

My extended family visits Higgins Lake every year. This year we needed a cabin instead of a tent. We could have put our two kids and their significant others in this rental with us. Will use them again.

Higgins lake vaca

Very nice! Clean, quiet, can walk to Higgins lake access right down the street. Also Higgins lake state park is 1.7 miles away. Very nice beach! Jeremy the Host was excellent at communicating with us. He’s close by. He stopped in to welcome us. He communicated by text with us too!

Nice cottage

The cottage was very clean and the beds/pillows were confortable. Had all of the supplies we needed. In addition to the sectional, there is a chair and larrge ottoman that are not pictured in the listing. Also rented a pontoon boat from Go fast and that went very smoothly. I would rent this cottage again and recomnend it to others.

Nice cabin

Place is clean and freshly updated. Owner is responsive. The AC is portable, adequate but not ideal. Furniture is new but rental property quality. Check in/out is very easy. 30 yards from the water. Could be improved with one or two small quiet window ACs.

Only thing was having to take off linens cause I’m sure there was a cleaning fee added. And the well water smell. But everything was great other than that the beach was very close about a 3 minute drive. Cute and cozy cabin very clean.
