Higden vacation cabin can sleep 2-3. Queen bed and cot included for more guest. *Please note that it does not have a full kitchen.

Not only will you enjoy all of the amenities of home, you'll also be treated to lake views from the cabin's front door, along with a prime location right on Greers Ferry Lake. Use the neighborhood boat launch just one street over! There are 2 kayaks available by reservation only. Spend your days on the lake; swimming, boating, fishing, or taking in the serene scenery. Nice little lakefront cabin

Great place for a short stay if you want to be right on the water. Clean place with a very laid back vibe. We really enjoyed our stay.

Higden Happy Place.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The cabin is very comfortable and well maintained. The view of the lake is gorgeous. The location was perfect for us to visit family at nearby campground Julie is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again

Relaxing!

Cute little cabin with great access to the lake! I could have spent the entire trip sitting around the large fire pit enjoying the beautiful lake view, it was the most relaxed I've felt in years. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful cottage right on Greers Ferry Lake

What an adorable cottage right on the lake. My little family needed a quiet, relaxing break from the stresses of normal life and we wanted to enjoy swimming and playing in the water. We got what we wanted and our hosts were awesome as well. We highly recommend this place!

Cozy perfection in nature

Before I arrived, Julie reached out with excitement. I asked questions about local trails & an extension cord for an electric vehicle, which she helped with. Everything from there on out had personal touches & the property location is beautiful. A cabin is next door; would be a great 2-couples trip if both parties rented both cabins. Thanks so much, can’t wait to be back!

Memorial weekend

Everything was great the only thing I would say to the host would be to refresh the towels they did not smell good you could tell they had been under the sink for awhile. It also wouldn't hurt to bring your own toilet paper. I did enjoy the amenities and the fact that she didn't send me a whole list of things to do before check out. She was also very quick to reply.

It was a very nice cabin we enjoyed the stay! The view was perfect, we had my daughter pick us up went boat riding all day till dark. Cabin stayed very cool Air conditioner was great. Thank you so much for the nice accommodations.

Beautiful view, quiet and well kept neighborhood. We watched a meteor shower from the lake front, it was awesome! Perfect for 2 people. The host was excellent and quickly responsive to any questions.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway!

Cute exceptionally clean property with very easy check in process with the lake at your doorstep! Kayaks for use that we walked right out into the water from the cabin. Great hiking suggestions from the owner, Relaxing atmosphere. Close to everything. We WILL be back! Awesome host and accommodations!

Great Stay

This is a fantastic location for a solo or couple. It's right on the water, so we did not have to rent a slip to keep our pontoon. No kitchen, but does have microwave, and coffee and fridge, which is all we really needed anyway. Great host, and easy transaction. Parking is tight, if you have large boat and trailer, so call ahead to make some arrangements if this is your situation. Quiet, peaceful, and just relaxing. Thanks Julie for a great week!

Great place but there was a sewer smell we smelled outside the cabin all the time and inside the bedroom it was awful. We also could not use the grill due to food molded in it and it was rusted. Other than that it is a cute fun place to stay.

Perfect birthday trip

A precious little cabin with everything you could ever need. Contacted Julie about a last minute rental and she was more than willing to accommodate us. Was super easy to work with! The cabin is so cute and sits on a beautiful property with a great shoreline. Too cold to enjoy the water but we did love the lake front fire pit. Hope to return in the summer so we can use the kayaks and swim. Thanks again! Would definitely recommend to others!
