    Welcome to Backgate on the Lake, a brand-new lake retreat on Greers Ferry Lake thoughtfully designed for comfort, space, and family gatherings. Built in 2025, this home is newly introduced to the vacation rental market and continues to evolve as it is refined for guest comfort.

    The home features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, offering plenty of space for families and groups to spread out. With two separate living areas located upstairs and downstairs, guests can enjoy both shared time together and private relaxation when needed.

    Modern conveniences include fiber internet and TVs in every room, making it easy to stream, work remotely, or unwind after a day on the lake. The home is fully furnished with a focus on clean, modern comfort and group-friendly living.

    Outside, guests can enjoy the outdoor grill and seating space for easy meals and evenings together. The two-car garage provides secure parking and also helps with navigating the property’s steep driveway.

    Please note the driveway is steep; however, the garage is available for parking and turning around to make arrival and departure easier for guests.

    This home is still in its final enhancement phase. By mid-July, blinds and curtains will be installed throughout the home, and a walking path down to the water will be completed, improving lake access and privacy.

Beautiful and relaxing& welcoming home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location near the water and a beautiful home with a good location to a boat ramp and also Shiloh Marina. Had a great weekend with my family and the kid's friends and other extended family. Steep driveway arriving to the house that I enjoyed and my wife feared. No other complaint as it had bedrooms downstairs for the kids with their own bathroom and a master and 2 bedrooms upstairs near the kitchen for the adults. Great home. We enjoyed it immensely. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us for the weekend!
