I loved this hotel for MOST things. The only thing I wasn't happy with is the cleanliness. I am very picky when it comes to clean rooms. When we arrived there was a stain on the comforter and then when they took that off the mattress pad was stained and dirty. They replaced all of it right away and were very apologetic and gave us a couple of free drinks at the bar. Other than that, everything was great. I loved the layout of the room as it was nice for multiple people. Ie: one could shower while the other used the toilet / got ready. The top floor had the bar and the patio with lovely views, as well as the breakfast which was great! It's located in a cute part of the city with so many stores and restaurants nearby. However, it still felt like a cozy and quaint part of the city. It's about a 7ish min walk from the train. We loved our stay.

The facility was essentially located near other restaurants and tourist sites. It had a bar, restaurant and rest area; very clean. The rooms were spacious. The staff was professional and courteous. They had laundry services.

"We had the 4 twin bed room. It has its own bathroom, shower room, and a large U-shaped lounge area. Overall the room was fantastic, spacious and clean. The location was great too, close to (one of the two) train station and the start of the Nara park. Would definitely stay there again"
