This is an amazing place to stay. Staff made it very easy to check in. We were 4 people and we felt we had plenty of space. Its got a washer for clothes but no dryer( which is not an issue, drying clothes is not difficult). The spot is a great location, close to some great attractions like Ueno park, Akihabara, Senso-ji temple, and Tokyo Sky Tree. Amazing prices compared to some hotel that are in the same area. Highly recommend this place.

Room was spacious enough for 4 people. The room was also very clean and it has kitchen and laundary machine as well. Everything in the room was very useful. In addition, staffs were very friendly and helpful. I recevied 5 stars services from every single staff member in this hotel.

This was a great hotel with really friendly staff. We did get a room upgrade via Expedia VIP but felt that the room was very well kept and had good amenities such as USB slots at each side of the bed, good tea making facilities and a fridge. The hotel is attached to a artisan pizza restaurant which is quite popular - we eat here one night and really enjoyed our meal.
