The drains in the bathroom smell very bad. We had 2 rooms on separate floors and they both had bad smelling washrooms but the room 1121 was worse. The staff cleaned and did a full service on the air for us which helped for a bit but the bad smell would just return. We ended up leaving a cup of coffee grounds in the bathroom which was the only thing that helped. This would be a lovely place to stay if not for the drain smell. The staff are all very kind and welcoming and do their best to be helpful.

Very helpful, polite, courteous, and professional staff members. The hotel also had 3rd party company in the morning for shipping luggage, or whatever to next destination. I would say only negative thing was buffet food (average tasting).
