Nice sized room, clean, washing machine/dryer combo, great size shower, clean & modern. Only downside with 4 people there isn’t much room for luggage but we made it work. Also having hand soap in the bathroom with the toilet would be nice.

The hotel was within easy walking distance to Ueno station. The staff were very courteous and helpful when asked. The hotel has dining facilities, but unfortunately our schedule did not allow us the opportunities to utilise.
Our days comprised very early starts and late returns.

Ac and king size beds were great. The bathroom seemed as though it had be renovated/upgraded compared to the rooms. The garden view made for gorgeous ambiance morning and night. The staff were extremely courteous

The room was great. Small as usual but just enough space for family of 5. Location was a bit out of town but still cloae enough. Great super markets across the road and 7/11 around the corner. It is inconvenient with 1 lift only, the staff were friendly. There are no phones to call reception so need to go to reception in person.
