"Disappointing for the money paid. Dinner service was poor. White wine served when asked for red. Bottle just dumped in bucket at table, not opened or poured. No checking if food was ok which also wants festive sin menu. Buffet salad was not a buffet but a small aid salad pre prepared."

"Iamhotel? No you are not. The worst hotel experience in my life. There was no air conditioning in the room and there is no soap shampoo. Only one set of the towel and they didn’t fill out."
