Found one bug in bathroom checking clerk was good if needed to be a little more friendly property needed to be cleaned cigarette butts around property to keep floors throughout hallways unable to use hot tub or pull due to big group out there with loud music for hours. "

"Not what i expected and not reflective of the property photos. Tired property that reminded me of cheap places we used to stay in college. Noisy and weathered. Stuff not working. Toilet barely flushed. Lamps not working. Carpet stains. Tattered window sheers. Also based on activity, made me wonder if this was a common place for people who were staying long term. Seemed like a lot of work vehicles parked overnight but gone during day. Im praying that I’m not bringing home any pests after my stay. "

"We arrived after 10pm on a Saturday night. The entire hallway smelled of weed and cigarettes. It was stuffy and stinky. After 7hrs of driving we were too tired to go anywhere else. We were checked in quickly and went to our room. Opened the door to a well used, dirty room. Went back downstairs and was given another room. The hallways smelled of drugs and was extremely hot. Our room according to the wall AC was 80*. The hallway was hotter. It took about 2hrs to cool down. We did open the window and every time someone walked through the complimentary parking, parking lot just outside, the eye in the sky announced “you are being recorded”. I could not determine which was worse… waiting for ac to kick in with window closed or keeping the window open and listening to the robot recording all night. The bedding and pillows were fresh and the room was clean but the air did smell. If you are allergic to smoke etc do not stay here. If you need a budget friendly place and need just to sleep and get back on the road this is still a pass/no go. It was barely clean and far from “comfort”. I want a refund. Do yourself a solid and pass on this hotel. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The place is clean, updated, well maintained and felt safe. Very convenient for six flags as we just had to walk across the street. My only complaint is that the pool and bistro were both closed. "

"We had a great stay for a weekend friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds to spread out. The place was clean and well equipped. We didn't enjoy the pool because it was cold but the patio was large and had a great lounge area. "

"The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there. The towels had dark spots and wholes in them. I contacted the property manager and he couldn’t fully speak English and directed me to go to the closet that housed more bath towels. I found them but they were dark and had holes in them along with the closet having wet shears hanging which smelled like mildew. I continued to ask for the property manager to contact me and til this day nobody has contacted me. The beds and the bedding was ok and clean. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest. "
