"Overall the property could use some updating. It’s definitely starting to show some wear and tear. There’s not quite enough chais lounges by the pool, the gym could use some updating, the towels in our room were old. Some odd things like we had a 2 bedroom with the most enormous king room but it only had one nightstand? Staff was excellent and we still had a good stay but I think they might be putting their resources in to some new property that they are building that they wanted us to visit? Anyway I think it’s still a great place particularly if you have kids. "

"The room was smaller the expected, and the AC unit was far too close to the beds and therefore was uncomfortable to sleep. Staff was friendly and fast. "

"The salt water pools were amazing! Pretty Striped Pool towels too! Walk to bars and restaurants. Air conditioning worked great on 115 degrees day. Staff helpful for uber tips and when room door locked jammed and they attended to it right away. Bedding super comfy too! Ice machines ran out but to be expected during spring break/hot days"

"Lovely stay. This hotel has charm, beautiful architecture with large rooms, comfortable bed and an outstanding shower. Nested amongst pine trees and is only a 5 minute drive to downtown. The library is nicely appointed with large windows to enjoy the views. The Anora Cafe which has excellent food plus live music was less than a 10 minute walk away. This place was a pleasant surprise…"

"My daughter and I were amazed about the reasonable rate, how extremely clean the cabin was, and more importantly, how prompt and accessible the owner, Suzanne Weatherly, was. We were extremely pleased to have been able to check in earlier than expected.The entire stay was relaxing. So peaceful and quiet, my daughter thought something was wrong with her hearing. I'm hoping we left a good impression so as to be welcomed back. Thank you Suzanne for sharing your cabin with us. It was a much needed retreat. "
