"The hotel is generally good. However, some of the front desk staff are not fluency in English. When they didn’t understand what we were talking, their response was rude. Since the hotel is located next to the Kintex Convention Center, it’s hard to imagine the staff members would not understand English."

"The room was clean for the most part. Very nice and spacious. The only thing was there was mold in the shower. On the shower head and along the walls/glass. Not super bad but could have been prevented. Staff was very helpful and nice. Surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores. Close to trains and buses. If you want there is taxis and Ubers."
