The receptionist was probably the rudest and least helpful I’ve ever experienced, it’s almost unbelievable why anyone would employ such a rude person in this role. The hotel is quite tired, but acceptable, the location is good for tram access into the city centre. Breakfast was very average, with again, very poor service from the staff.
