"Great hotel in a good location. Helpful stafff. Spacious and comfortable room. Only issue was that the restraunt was closed due to a private party until quite late. Wasn't informed during checkin which would have been nice. Plenty of places to eat across the river though."

Breakfast is lovely and fresh with lots of choice and staff warm and efficient. Great location as you can walk out onto the Quayside area and the Millenium Bridge. No traffic. View of river. No traffic noise in rooms. Lovely clean rooms with plenty of hot water. Efficient room service."
