Very bad experience! I just stayed one night 7/17/2026 instead of two nights as original plan! I checked out on 7/18 morning before 9 AM! The central air conditioning was not working, they just had a temporary portable one in the room, they didn’t have another room available to change to since they said all rooms were booked out, the TV was not working, no drinking water bottles in the room, no way to boil hot water since no tea pot, no slippers in room, …, I told the front desk and called expedia expressed my concerns. Since it was almost midnight so I said I just try out one night and may check out the next morning. I was told there is no problem to change the plan and I will not be charged for the second night. There was a lot of hassles when I talked to the front desk the next morning (the front desk staff were changed). I told them because the conditions were so bad so I decided to change plan just staying one night instead of two. Then I was told since I had booked through third party and Radio Hotel manager was not at hotel at the time so they can’t not approve my change until Monday morning when their manager come to the office. This is ridiculous! I left the room key and left the hotel anyway! Also, they charged me $150 deposit on my credit card when I checked in and they did not refund me the $150 when I checked out on 7/18 morning!

Room was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Honestly for the location you simply cannot beat the price

Great location. Quick check in. We had an issue with our shower and it was fixed promptly, Staff were unable to help my friend who is severely celiac and just wanted to heat some safe food in a microwave. This was unfortunate, but luckily Friedman’s restaurant was across the street and they are very cautious with Gluten Free meals. Overall would stay again if I could get the same rate we paid!
