Barry, the property owner, greeted us upon our arrival and explained that there was everything we may need in the lobby: coffee, tea, water, snacks etc. Our room and king sized bed was very comfortable. "Five stars across the board. The property itself is STUNNING. The house was spotless and beautifully furnished/decorated. The bedrooms? Pure luxury. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment- all you could need- something that I find extremely rare in vacation rentals. The pool and hot tub were amazing and a wonderful start and end to each day spent exploring this neighborhood. SO much to do! The Saugerties Lighthouse and trail is minutes away. Same for the lovely town where we enjoyed spending the day walking around and visiting all the antique/thrift/specialty shops. A trip to Opus 40 is a definite must and also close-by. Sami was an exceptional host, allowed us an early check-in and even offered a later check-out. She was very communicative throughout the entire rental process and incredibly considerate/thoughtful in all regards. I recommend this property to anyone (families as well) looking for a luxury retreat in a quiet neighborhood with lots to offer. Thank you, Sami!"
