"First off: The staff was phenomenal! From the front desk, to the restaurant (thanks for preparing my complimentary Tiramisu at 10:45pm!), to the cleaning crew, they were all amazing. The hotel has the best location given that is is right on the Markplatz. Easy walk to explore the town. Added bonus is the parking onsite for 10 Euros a day. The room was bigger than I needed it to be, since it was over two stories. But it was very clean and pretty modern. Very comfortable bedding. Be aware that there is no elevator. So a heavy suitcase (like mine) can be a challenge. Overall I was extremely happy and can only recommend this hotel. "

"OK accommodation, but too expensive for what it is. Strange policies with 10am checkout and €10 per hour to extend - no towels at pool (you have to rent a bag with towels for €5). Breakfast was good. But all in all it should be cheaper."
