Everything you could need is provided and it is beautifully decorated. Quiet and peaceful surroundings and a wonderful place for peace and contemplation, and to explore the region of Rioja. Hosts are wonderful and have thought of everything."

"Personal muy amable, nos llamaron el día de antes para ver a que hora íbamos a llegar y nos dejaron hacer check-out hasta las 14 h sin coste adicional, lo cual se agradece. Habitación y alojamiento con muy buena relación calidad-precio. Sin embargo, el único aspecto “negativo” que añadiría sería que a pesar de los carteles rogando silencio durante la noche en el bungalow se escuchaba todo… y los huéspedes no eran muy respetuosos en ese aspecto, por lo que el sueño se dificultó. "Beautiful converted convent recently refurbished to a high standard. Simple rooms with high quality bedding and towels.. Bottled water was provided as well as toiletries. Breakfast was good value and the lounges comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated The staff were very friendly and helpful . The hotel is just a few minutes from the town with bars and restaurants and a few metres from the botanic garden and castle viewpoint . "

" Our stay at Puracepa Urban Suites was excellent, though I wish we had known in advance how the check-in works. The suite is located inside an apartment building and there is no traditional reception, so the experience feels more like staying in an Airbnb. When we arrived, we spent about twenty minutes trying to figure out how to enter the building. Eventually we found the owner’s phone number on our booking confirmation and contacted him. Communication was very quick, and he immediately explained everything and remotely opened the building door and the elevator. The elevator takes you directly to your suite, where an electronic key card is waiting on the table. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated, very spacious, and thoughtfully designed. There is a large bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, which makes it very convenient for longer stays. The suite includes a main bedroom area and an upper level with a jacuzzi and a steam room, which made the stay feel very luxurious. We also included breakfast in our reservation. Communication about breakfast was done through WhatsApp, where we agreed on the delivery time. The host brings the breakfast on a tray and leaves it outside the apartment door, which is located in the stairwell, so you can pick it up and enjoy it in the suite. We parked on the street in a paid parking area. The owner asked for our car details in advanc"

"We were only in this nh for a night and this was our third or fourth nh hotel ( after nh Toulouse airport, nh Bilbao and nh cuidad Santander ( we eventually finished our road trip in nh collection Zaragoza )) . The room was clean and the staff were accommodating. There is a nearby “Mercado” supermarket just beside the hotel . The parking was convenient. The best thing about this hotel was the cute lobby with its collection of books ( in English ) . The breakfast buffet was your typical nh buffet which is not bad . This nh hotel is also near “Calle Laurel”’where all the tapas bars of Longroño are located. "
