Cosmopolis feels like our Home Away From Home! We have stayed her several times and always have a fabulous experience. The rooms are immaculate. The location is ideal. And the staff is very friendly.

Great stay and location

A great apartment and the people managing this place were amazing. A big thanks to Pol who gave us must see locations in the east side of the island and restaurant suggestions in the area and other areas. We used a hire car to see other others of the island. There is a parking plot behind the apartment for those keen explorers using a hire car.

I cannot say enough about this place. We rented the honeymoon suite. Bathtub in the living room, Walk-in shower, balcony with a view of the harbor, linens, and comfort. The property manager was always in contact with us and made our stay very comfortable.

Property has nice view of the old port. Living room is large. Kitchen is nice and large. Close to restaurants and bars. Free parking. When we arrived no one is at the property to meet us and we can’t contact Eleni. . We called Expedia and they also tried and unable to contact her. Expedia was trying to find us another accommodation when a guy from the bar below the property arrived and we asked if he knows the owner of the place and he said yes and somehow he was able get a hold of someone. After that everything went smoothly. Pol the concierge came in the following day and met with us. He is very nice and friendly, he help us plan our everyday schedule. Gave us recommendations for restaurants, list of highlights for places we told him we want to go visit. He arranged for our trip in Santorini. He keep in touch everyday. He make our trip so much more organized. He respond to us quickly whenever we have questions. Overall place is very nice and would stay there again if we have the opportunity to go back. I recommend this place.

The perfect place

We had a great time in Cosmopolis. It has the perfect location close to everything you need with walking distances. The apartments are very nice with high standards. The top terass is beautiful with a great view of the sea. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for making our vacation great!

Wunderschönes Apartment & sehr netter, sympathischer Gastgeber. Die Terrasse oben ist auch sehr schön. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Das Apartment liegt direkt an der Straße,da stören schon manchmal die Autos/Motorräder die nachts vorbeifahren aber insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt & würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Images of property depict waterfront rooms and a pool onsite. However, there isn’t a pool anywhere on the property and you are right off a main street that is basically party central all night. Room itself was nice but didn’t appreciate the deceitfulness

Das Apartment ist sehr modern und sauber. Trotz der Lage direkt an der Partymeile hört man dank der guten dichten Balkontüren kaum etwas. Schöner Blick auf Wasser. Die Lage hat ferner ihre Vorzüge, da man direkt unten zu Fuß etwas essen und trinken kann, ohne jedes Mal fahren zu müssen! Parken kann man hinter dem Haus auf einem Schotterplatz oder auf einem ähnlichen Platz ca 100 Meter entfernt. Für Mietwagenurlauber ideal.

The apartment was beautiful with stunning views over the bay. The balcony gets full sun in the morning and is perfect for eating breakfast and in the afternoon when it is really hot, it is in the shade so ideal for sitting out. The owner is very helpful and the apartment is cleaned every day, it was spotless.When you step outside the door you have shops, bars, restaurants, everything you could ask for. During the day and evening it is a little part of paradise, but being central has a drawback, between midnight and 7am it can be very noisy. We had to go to the chemist and buy earplugs to be able to sleep.

The hotel is actually an enclave of 3 apartments, well-situated on a popular street in town. The property manager reached out to us a few days ahead of time to learn about our arrival time and make sure she would be there to meet us personally. She greeted us, took us through the secure entrance into the complex, and provided us with welcome information in our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. The condition of the apartment is new, and housekeeping does an excellent job, so i expect it will remain in this condition for a long time. Light and bright in each room, pretty views of the water, balcony overlooking the main street, fully stocked kitchen and dining area (we cooked and had breakfast there each day), large livingroom and office area, comfortable beds and all amenities of a regular hotel (safe, hair dryer, etc). We always found easy street parking, but during the busy season, i could see this as a challenge.... the property manager will likely have suggestions for tricks to try. Pol the concierge visited with us our 1st full day and made great suggestions for day trips and restaurants; we stayed in touch with him throughout our trip and he was helpful. Would definitely stay here again! (Our family is 2 adults, 3 kids/teens)

Perfektes Apartment in Kreta!

Hallo, Wir sind 3 Single Männer Mitte 30. Für uns war es Das Perfekte Appartment. +Sauber +Edel aber nicht zu übertrieben eingerichtet +2 Schöne Badezimmer +Gemütliche Betten +Balkon +Weingläser,Flaschenöffner,Schere,Große,Kleine,Tiefe,Flache Teller...alles was wir benötigten war da. +Kühlschrank Gefrierschrank +Housekeeping mit Guter Arbeit +24 Std Concierge der immer Hilfbereit war. +Und das Absolute Highlight war die Dachterasse....(Die Frauen Liebten sie) Perfekter Blick über den Hafen und das Meer....Schön eingerichtet mit einer sitzgruppe und Liegen. Es Gibt 2 Kleine Minus Punkte. -Das Appartment liegt direkt an der Partymeile,uns hat es nichts ausgemacht da wir selbst immer mittendrin waren,aber Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder Menschen die beim Einschlafen emfindlich sind könnte es schwierig werden. -Auf unserem geliebten Dach steht in der nähe ein Abzug eines Steakhauses.....wir hatten meist Wind Glück...aber wenn es Rüber zieht ist es schon Penetrant Wir würden 100% wieder Kommen!

Spectacular views in a not so spectuclar location.

A lovely apartment style hotel that’s self managed, but cleaned daily. The rooms were great, virtually faultless. Would be very happy to stay again. The location, in my opinion, is very loud. In fact a lot louder that i would’ve anticipated. The music doesn’t stop in front of the hotel until 6am each morning, and the culture around there is very unauthentic. If you know the are area and what you’re getting yourself into, stay away cause this place won’t disappoint.

Great Place and Location

What a great experience. Great location with a tremendous place. Team was top-notch going above and beyond to make our stay great. Only downside was a but of a walk to private beach but well worth it when you got there. If you are looking for a first class place to stay in Crete, I highly recommend.
