About this property

Cocoa Cottage with a Private in-Ground Pool

  • Welcome to the Cocoa Cottage, one of the original Milton Hershey homes, built for chocolate factory staff in the late 1920's. The cottage is situated in the heart of downtown Hershey, where on any given day the scent of chocolate fills the air! It is nestled within one block of the Best Restaurants, Cafes, Hershey's Live Theater, Parks, Italian Market and even Zoo America! The Cottage boasts the best seats in town for all fireworks celebrations on New Years Eve and the Fourth of July!

    During the summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day your family can enjoy a private salt water in-ground swimming pool, gas grill and deck with a view of Hershey Park's rollercoasters! This house is available year round for a family vacation, reunions or a cozy get-away. Monthly rentals are available if you're here on business or relocating.

    Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds with TV/DVD players. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom. If you need an additional bed there is a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens, towels and pool towels are provided. All you need to do is pack your suitcase!

This house was super convenient to the park and in the evening in walking distance to many great restaurants. The house is super clean, the salt water pool was great and there is ample parking--on the street and in the alley way behind the house with direct access to the yard.

Perfect Family Getaway

This home was the perfect spot for a few days at Hershey Park. The location can't be beat and the house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The salt water pool was an added bonus and we used it every day! I highly recommend this rental for a relaxing trip to Hershey.

Best Spot in Hershey! Charming Cottage!

This is the best place you can stay in Hershey. The location is close to everything you’d want to see/do in Hershey, the house is beautiful (and spotless), the pool is incredible, the beds are comfortable, etc. Heather (the host) is also incredibly helpful, accommodating, and is fast with communication. This will definitely be our go to spot for all of our future travel to Hershey.
