Love the design of the rooms in this hotel, bathroom was gorgeous and had really nice toiletries - so no need to pack your own. It’s self check in, but that was easy. Very close to the station and in a nice area.

Staff was very helpful and polite, very professional. Definitely made may stay top notch. The breakfast was outstanding and the service was exceptional. There is not enough stars to rate this place it is off the charts good. Will always stay here when I visit Zurich.

Lovely clean room, with comfortable bed and a hot shower. Room features, such as TV and blinds are controlled with an Ipad. All modern features. I did encounter some technical issues with the TV, however after contacting reception, a staff member promptly came up to my room to sort the issue out.
All in all, an excellent stay.

I liked the fact that we had a kettle in our room and the reception staff were happy to provide English Breakfast teabags for me to use in the room.
