Unmöglich

Trotz Kreditkartenzahlung über das Portal ließ der Hotelier meinen Fahrer Nachts ohne Zimmer stehen ! Angeblich bekäme er kein Geld von der Plattform, trotz Zahlungsbeleg keine Einsicht, er war absolut unverschämt und aggressiv.

Unser Doppelzimmer war belegt, wir bekamen eine bessere Abstellkammer. Die Tapete löste sich, eine Glühbirne als Licht, wacklige Betten. Das Personal wusste nicht Bescheid und die Chefin liess sich auch nicht blicken. Es war etwas chaotisch.

Einen sehr positiven Eindruck haben wir dadurch erhalten, dass uns extra glutenfreie Brötchen zum Frühstück besorgt wurden. Sehr freundlicher Service. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Als Übernachtung zum Wandern OK. Es war sehr ruhig und zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer insbesondere das in das Zimmer eingebaute "Kabinenbad" (oberstes OG) könnte mal modernisiert werden. Das Bad selbst war doch recht eng.

Positiv: Zimmer relativ geräumig, richtiger Kühlschrank im Zimmer, die Betten sind gut und bequem. Gutes Frühstück für 8,-- € pro Person, Heizung schon Anfang Sept. eingeschaltet. Negativ: Trotz Buchung über Expedia wirkten die Betreiber überrascht, dass wir ankommen. Keine E-Mail-Adresse, keine Antwort auf Nachfragen, kleine Nasszelle aber funktioniert. Elektroinstallationen sind Laienhaft umgesetzt. Rauchmelder liegt ohne Batterie auf dem Tisch, Licht im Treppenhaus zum 2. Stock funktioniert nicht. Die Übernachtungskosten wurden uns in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl wir bereits über Expedia per Kreditkarte bezahlt hatten. Der zuviel bezahlte Betrag wurde bis heute, ca. 3 Wochen später nicht zurück erstattet.
