"I was extremely disappointed at check-in. The only request I had made was a ground floor room which was provided. However, I had expected breakfast and was told it was a self-catering accommodation. Location is great!
Some positive critique to work on (room 24):
- We were in a street facing room, so there was noice from the street.
- Cold water tap needs to be attended to … seems like no water and then all of a sudden a gush of it.
- mattrasses can be opgraded/replaced, is very thin. (Bedding is very nice) "

"The accommodation generally was good. We were received. We requested two single beds when booking and was given a king. This was changed to two singles while we waited. Other guests were extremely loud and messy outside. The mess wasn't cleaned. Breakfast was 7 am to 9 am. No one was around at 7 for the breakfast nor was anyone there to hand our keys to so we just left.
accommodation was decent but service was poor. the person who received us appeared to be hanging with the noisey guests."

"Positive: Fresh newly renovated rooms. Comfortable beds. Easy access in a nice lush neighbourhood. Host was helpful and took Good care of us and cleaned very well. They had a friendly dog.
We got to use the terrace in the garden.
Close to George Airport
Downside: Need to share bathroom with other guests. It was often cleand though.

"From the first contact, to the last, Amazing. I've travelled far and wide and this is one of the best places I've stayed. Advert doesn't do them justice. If you are coming to George area, you simply must stay here. You won't find a better or more welcoming establishment. Clean, tidy, well run, amazing food, great value, highly appointed room.. I cannot fault them. A special mention to Patrick, who was amazing from the first turn of the door handle. "

"The pictures online do not show the overall shabby condition of the property. The property has not been updated in a long time and it shows. Window latches broken, poor quality curtains that do not block out the bright outside lights at night. The ceiling paint in the bathroom was pealing and the net curtains ere dirty. Paint splashes on the doorknob and a broken curtain tie in the corner on the floor. All round just not the quality type of property I would ever stay in. And the photos are a little misleading. The pool is nice, but that is about it."
