"The room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, front desk was very welcoming, lady cooking breakfast (sorry cannot remember her name) was lovely, she even drove us to Graceland in the minibus, there are a lot of roadworks ongoing nearby so was glad of this service. There is a shuttle to and from the airport but the hours didnt match with our arrival and departure unfortunately, but we used ubers both ways. There was an issue with the blind, it had fell down, we managed to block the light out with pillows and reported it to the desk following morning, we were only there 2 nights so not fixed when we left. Would definately stay here again if I ever return for a visit to Graceland."

"Staff was phenomenal and made the experience amazing. Highly recommend this hotel and with easy access to the interstate this made it the perfect stay for anyone visiting Baptist memorial hospital. Additionally the restaurant served outstanding food and the bartender was extremely efficient and friendly. Will be staying again if in the Memphis area."

"This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. I am VERY particular when it comes to hotels. So to give a hotel 5 stars is saying a lot. I did not find one stain or hair on bedding, towels, carpet, or tile in the bathroom. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Everyone had plenty of space. The entire hotel smells clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good. Again, kept very clean. Not a crumb left on the tables. All staff members were very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. 10/10!!"
