Great service and facilities

Reception and management made every effort to accommodate my requests for accommodations. I’ve stayed at this locations several times in the past and I have always been pleased with the service and facilities. I’ll happily stay there again.

The hotel is under extensive renovation and we were not made aware when booking. No water pressure, no phone, air con not working, makeshift restaurant erected. On the positive side the food was good, the staff very friendly and helpful

Nice but is lacking

The room was nice but missing a lot of essentials we needed to call the front desk for. No ironing board, only one full size towel for a group of 3 and no hair drier. Called to her all 3 and for 2 out of 3. The hair drier was the kind that goes on the wall in the hotel… but wasn’t installed. Mount and all. Never got extra towels so my husband had to use the hand towels.
