RURAL CASUCAS "LA GUARIZA" (full rental)
Our urbanization "LA GUARIZA" consists of 4 detached houses with fireplace and heating, as well as a small farm and is located in a privileged enclave south of Cantabria. We are in FONTIBRE, at 100m. from the source of the Ebro river, 2km. from Nestares Golf Course (with 18 holes par 72), 4km. of Reinosa (capital of the region), 19km. from the ski resort of ALTO CAMPÓO and bordering the Reserva del Saja, in the middle of a valley surrounded by mountains, where nature and man coexist in harmony.
Our cottages consist of lounge-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a loft above the living room with a sofa bed and are equipped to be used by 4 or 6 people.
They are provided with kitchenware, coffee maker, toaster, juicer etc. as well as bath towels and linens.
Each house has a garden of about 400m2, with individual barbecue, and we also have a chicken coop for the enjoyment of children and adults.
