"The apartment and the terrase is fantastic. Everything new, high quality, very well equiped and a lot of space. All you need is there. The pool is also very nice, clean and big enought. Everything is made with respect for the guests. I felt great."

"We were pleasantly surprised with this place. We booked it last minute and didn't m ow what to expect. It was just me and my husband so we had the 1 bedroom apartment. It was spacious, very clean, and have a full kitchen was nice. The grounds are awesome, right on the lake with water activists. Included in your stay, you get access to the Alin Spa which was very nice. The owners were great too! There are a few restaraunts nearby and the one on their property is really good too! We REALLY enjoyed...

"Overall the hotel was very nice with great customer service. However, the hotel is geared to families even tonan extent of it being a negative. Kids were sitting at the the hotel bar, all night and the kids play area was open early in the morning and late at night making sleeping comfortably nearly impossible. The bed was not great and pillows terrible. Secondly, the hotel didn't take any additional precautions to limit covid conditions, people were coughing with no masks ok the restaurant area...

"The shower holders run down and came off. Unable to adjust shower height. A visitors dog was barking the entire time! So many dogs I felt it was a kennel. Had to pay for tap water during dinner. The hotel has been around for many years - still in good condition but time for renovations. Clearer signs of off limit areas for children.!!! Service was great. Friendly and helpful staff."

"Location was great in the midst of nature away from city life, well maintained property. breakfast was cosy but diverse. Could have just improved on providing basic but all sorts of toiletries which were not there in the room."

"Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...
