My wife has issues going up and down stairs, so I started to ask if they had any first floor rooms, but before I could get my comment out, all I got from the agent was "we are completely sold out.""

"The room was very clean with the exception of one issue that was taken care of immediately. The shades kept the room very dark which was important for jet lagged sleep. Shower was excellent and was adjustable for tall or short people. Bed was comfortable too. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was available all the time, again helpful for jet lag. We will stay again."
