The Delbrück-Villen holiday rental—House 1 D101—is centrally located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Heringsdorf on the island of Usedom. Right on the beach promenade and just about 100 metres from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to the sea, the Heringsdorf pier, and restaurants and cafés. The park-like grounds of the Delbrück Villas feature direct access to the promenade.

The approximately 60-square-meter holiday rental is located on the ground floor of House 1 and accommodates up to four people. Pets are also welcome. The harmoniously furnished living and dining area features a cosy couch that can be used as a sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface of 1.40 x 2.30 metres for two adults. A flat-screen TV, CD player, and DVD player provide entertainment. The open kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and other small kitchen appliances.

From the living area, you can step out onto the covered, west-facing balcony. Here, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun and relax as your holiday day comes to a close.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres, a wardrobe, and blackout curtains. The bathroom features a shower and a bathtub, and underfloor heating provides additional comfort.
