  • The holiday rental is located in a beautiful, fully renovated Art Nouveau villa. It is furnished in a modern and inviting style and can accommodate up to 4 people.
    The house is in a quiet location and features an underground car park (maximum height 2 m) and a bicycle storage room. The basement has a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a fee.
    The 40-km-long sandy beach and the promenade are only about 100 m away. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find small shops and cafes perfect for strolling and relaxing.



    Apartment 13:

    The comfort and amenities of this bright and welcoming holiday apartment (completely renovated in early 2024), complete with a balcony, invite you to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
    It is located on the ground floor of the villa and features a modern living room, a fully equipped modern kitchenette with an induction cooktop, microwave, exhaust hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, oven, dishwasher, as well as a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A comfortable sofa bed is available in the living room to accommodate a third and fourth person.

    Parking space no. 13 is reserved for your car in the building’s underground garage (2 m high).
    In addition, a beach chair is available for your use on the beach from approximately May through September (weather permitting).
    A bike and laundry room (coin-operated) is available.

gemütliche Fewo in ruhigem Wohnareal.

Ideale Lage: 100 m ins Zentrum, 200 m zum Strand. Es ist kein Nachteil, dass sich die Fewo nicht in der Villa, sondern im Anbau befindet. Interessenten sollten das im Interesse der Klarheit vielleicht aber wissen.
