Villa Schering was renovated in the spa architecture style after German reunification and, together with Haus am Kliff, is located in the front row directly on the steep cliffs overlooking the Baltic Sea on the old Kulm dune. The 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa and features a very large south-facing terrace and a private garden area with a beach chair, as well as a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds). A parking space and free Wi-Fi are available. Pets are allowed upon request.
As a special feature, this apartment includes an infrared sauna designed for two people. Individually adjustable heat lamps and professional LED colour therapy with a starry sky ensure your well-being.

A storage room for bicycles is located on the property.

Shared facilities with coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the neighbouring house on the cliff and are available for use.
