On the top floor of the building, you’ll find a two-room apartment that was newly modernised in 2023. Many small, carefully selected details create a welcoming atmosphere. Here, you can arrive, unwind, and feel right at home immediately. The clever combination of timeless architecture and modern furnishings, paired with the high-quality refinished hardwood floors, creates a harmonious overall look that invites you to feel at ease and relax.
In the open-concept kitchen, the kitchen units and furnishings—such as the sleeper sofa, TV, side table, and dining table—are so skilfully arranged that they make perfect use of the space and provide ample room even within the limited area. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, an oven with a microwave function, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and other essential kitchen appliances. In addition to a coffee maker, the apartment also features a Nespresso capsule machine. The full-size sofa bed serves as an alternative if you’d like to sleep separately.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2.00 metres), a second TV, and a spacious closet. The entire apartment features skylights that provide additional natural light and create a pleasant, bright atmosphere. As a special highlight, you can gaze at the starry sky from your own bed just before bedtime. Of course, the windows can also be darkened.
The bathroom was completely renovated and refurbished in 2024. This small wellness oasis offers all the comforts you could wish for on holiday and is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower, and heated towel rack.

You can use the apartment’s Wi-Fi free of charge. You can park your car in your own parking space at Korbwerk in Heringsdorf. It’s located about 500 metres away and can be reached quickly in 5–10 minutes on foot. Of course, you can pull up right at the property to unload your luggage.
